2  General / General Discussion / Re: Tajikam AGAINST racism! on: March 20, 2009, 08:46:00 PM
at least some people bother to post ... good sign ... but pashtuns are doomed because they are so anti-Iranian, not even Tajiks can swallow that much hate against their Persian brothers in Iran. Sooner or later, Afg will be partitioned ... because Pashtuns are basically cavemen with turbans and it will take a 100 years to civilize them ... not worth anyone's while ... better let them rot in their caves and save the few good people left in Afghanistan (mostly Tajiks) from the cavemen

How about making current vice-President Ahmad Zia Massoud - Ahmad Shah Massoud's brother - the new persident (Pun intended :D) of Afghanistan ? I know, Pashuns will kill him in no time :(

Interesting article. Let us hope for the best for our dear Persian-speaking brothers who are becoming increasingly aware of their identity. Partition may be a last resort for the oppressed people of Afghanistan, but let us hope they can keep it together and bring the good Pashtuns on-board, and keep the country a Persian country that has always been a source of pride in history for Persian culture, together with all the other parts of Khorasan.

7  General / Geopolitical Studies and News / Re: War Between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan ‘Only a Matter of Time,’ Kazakh Expert War on: January 27, 2009, 06:19:41 PM
I am worried for Tajikistan, because if a war breaks out who will come to their help ? Will Afghanistani Tajiks help them given the current situation in Afghanistan ? Will Iran help, given that it has no land border and is more focused on the Arab World ? If the answer is no, then TJ will be isolated while the Kyrghyz might get some help from their Turkic neighbors. Let's pray that nothing happens.

9  General / Geopolitical Studies and News / Re: New York Times: Break Up Afghanistan? Why not? on: December 25, 2008, 04:08:15 PM
In the event that Aghanistan breaks up and somehow Tajiks end up with a state of their own - if Iran is willing to seriously (militarlly) back them there is no way Pastuns can do any harm. Pashtun can kill, maim, and terrorize people most effectively in their own tribal areas. They can be effective outside their own areas only in the absence of a strong, disciplined, organized military force.  They can fight an effective guerilla warfare only in the areas where they form a majority.

He does not seem like a good guy - quite the opposite. Glad that he is more or less out of commission :) or so it seems ;)

Ahhangar Jan,

I contacted Trita Parsi a while ago to see if he could advise us on how to set up an advocacy group for our dear Tajik people. He gave some short answers. He is a very busy man these days :)

Thanks for your interesting posts.
