Can we add something in the main page of this site showing persian/tajiki food? from Iran,Afghanistan,Tajikistan and Smaraqand/Bukhara?

yes, Gul Agha jan will be able to answer this question.  and also i noticed something in the history section of the main page, the Tahiryan and Safarian era was totally missing, is this section not completed yet or something else?

someone is currently writing an article on this and once its finished I will start a section on Tajik/Persian foods but in the mean time post recipes for us.

The History section is not done yet.

It will be interesting.
By the way, I like khorasanian palav.:) I ate such palav in Takhor and Fayzabad when I was in Khorasan (Awgh.). In Tajikistan we prepare another palav. Our palav is similar to bukharian 'Sofi palav'. Its interesting that in Samarkand people prepare palav similar to Khorasan (Awg.-tan) palav.

i am not sure if Qabeli Palaw is known in tajikistan/samarqand/bukhara.  i love it.  also it has been ages that i havent eaten samanak, i think in tajikistan/samarqand/bukhara they call it Somana and in iran it is called Samano.  we are not far from Smanak Season.  the women used to sing samanak song while cooking it.
