Yes indeed, ... well Islam also says that men should use their left hand for intimate contact with women

, and since since the brain hemispheres connect to the opposite sides of the body, obviously the left ear should be the most emotionally and intuitively competent as well. I play a bit of piano, and my left hand is so much better and smoother on the keyboard ... it glides and it is very smooth, but my right hand is quite mechanical and stressed. Indeed, we have two brains: the left brain is mechanical and logical/rational, the right brain is emotional/intuitive (although some say this is an oversimplification). And by implication, the right side of our body is mechanical/rational, while the left side of our body is more intuitive/emotional. Men's left and right (halves of the) brain are much more isolated than in women ... women have many more nerve connections between the two sides of the brain. That is supposed to explain why men cannot express their emotions (left brain = language, math - right brain = intuition/emotions) because the emotions can't easily cross over to the other side compared to women. In fact, there are even experiments on people with left/right eyes closed successively for example, that show that the two halves of the brain act almost independently or have their own mind so-to speak ... for example, one hand trying to stop the other ... I cant remember well the details of those experiments but they are really eye-opening. We don't usually think that we are two persons in one body ... but there may be a truth to it.
