Dear Shinno:
Firstly, I would like to thank you for your comment.
Secondly, with all my respect to you and to all other members of this forum who have different religious beliefs or do not have any religion, I would like to say that my intention of posting was not to attack your belief or anyone who believe in God. I personally think that having belief in God is wonderful as well as not having it. As long as it is not imposed on others; be it religion, language, culture or values. The consequences of these we already see in Afghanistan and other places as well. So, that should be clear.
Pors.
Dear PORS
I undrestand why you posted the link so you don't need to mention it. It's quite enjoyable to have difference of opinion and not agree with each other. After all we all have free will so we can use our own brains and come to the same or different conclusions. As islam says "there is no compulsion in religion". Unfortunately the religion as a whole has been associated with terroorism and misery in the modern times especially. Wether it is the Taliban or the Pope's child molestation scandals, religions have been demonised rather than the individuals. I was born into a muslim family but to be honest you don't realize you are muslim until you reach a certain age and start to question your existance and the purpose of your existance.
Islam always advocates to question ourselves and think deeply before following anything. I will always welcome opposing points of view and good discussions because it helps me question my own beliefs and as it has continued my belief in God has become stronger.
