Durud bar hama!
I was wondering what people in Afghanistan call "microwave"? I use "mavjdaan" (mavjdon - Tajik accent) and I heard several other people using "mavjdaan" for "microwave". Is there any other version of microwave in Parsi?

DalerDokht, Do people from Afghanistan living abroad call it "myroowev" or people inside of Afghanistan? I know Iranians living abroad call it "mycrofer" probably it's the same in Iran. - Pors i think we just say 'microwave' or 'mycroowev' with the accent

By the way, can't remember Persian word for "qhalam" (pen). I vaguely remember DukhtariPulegun, an old member of this forum, mentioned an old Persian word for "ghalam", but can't quite recall it.
