there is no sth like ''Afghan Pamiri Tajik''. They are Tajiks of Afghanistan or Tajikistan. They are not half Pashtuns

i dont think pamiris are tajiks, they have got their own language.

They are Tajiks. They are the direct descandants of Bactrians and Sogdians, Kabulistanis. Their language is not another language but a consevative dialect that didnĀ“t become developed more  after the arabic and turkic conquest on the urban places. For example, a Wakhi Tajik say to 20 not bist but vist like Yaghnobis, also in middle age Persian vist was used beside bist but we have forgotten it for maybe 4 or 5 centuries. The Moghules of India had such dialects. The term Tajik also is used for people who are Aryans. In Afghanistan is everyone a Tajik who is not an Awghan, Hazara, Usbek, or Hindu.
