I was fascinated to hear finally Tolo the most, widely watched TV in Afghanistan, with 70% of the market (population) share in Afghanistan, was coming to Europe.
My setalite is tuned into Hotbird 13 Deg East. I went to the setalite shop but the engineer said you cant have SeSat 53 Deg East in London or UK coz the maximum you can get here is 41 Deg East, 53 he said will be like the dish almost upside down?:
Why did Tolo not come to Hotbird?
If anyone has any idea about the live streaming of Tolo Tv please help me thanks

Abu Muslim,
I think if you get a big enough dish it will be possible to receive the signals from Seasat 53 - maybe something like a 1m - 2m dish. Though these are expensive - you should in theory get most of the channels being broadcast on those far off satellites - which include most of the channels being broadcast in Afghanistan.
The angle simply indicate at which longitude the satellites signal is focused on - and the nearer one is to that longitude the smaller the diameter of the dish required.
I do not have this system yet so I cant be sure...I have heard in passing from people whom claimed that they knew of people whom watched TOLO TV in Europe long ago.
