I highly doubt a Tajik did this. The victim appears to be Tajik. The criminal barabaric warlords who did this was either Uzbek or Pashtun. They have the Mongol culture of looting and raping of little girls.

Kharzai has not provided any proper government! Latif Pedram wants federalism and a proper government where the religion and state are separated so we avoid hypocritical religious leaders. Where are all the Mullahs and relgious leaders in Sari-e Pul? Shouldn't they be demanding justice for this?

They never will. That's why we need our federalist proper government and our own institutions (police, education, etc) in the north. Kharzai will never do anything for us. He is trying his hardest to keep the north underdeveloped.

We need a Dr. Latif Pedram as president to give us proper government so innocent girls and their families do not experience hell!

I have to add one thing that we are simply in no position to take charge of our distiny while we are chained as slaves by the intrests of the world's superpowers. The idea of Khorassan or Pashtunistan will never come true unless it is in the intrests of the super powers. Our modern nations were created for us by the superpowers and our future is still being decided by the super powers. Unless we become united and strong enough to oppose the selfish intrests of these powers we will never be able to do anything according to our will. If USA doesn't want Pidram there will be no Pidram, but if they feel they can use Pidram for their own intrests then they will make him the president.
We can scream and shout all we want but we are in no position to decide our future. Our future is decided for us by world super powers. Some time they will favour pashtun and sometimes tajik.
