salam friends,

Have you got any ideas to put forward how to get participants to start writing in farsi instead of english? i have got this problem myself. the reason largely is lazyness. i dont want revolution, seeking this goal on gradual basis will be much ideal.

How do you type Persian using western keyboard ? Is there some software or what ? I need to learn that too ....

salam dodooli jan,

you first need to instal dari keyboard in your computer. 1- go to control panel 2-clock, language and region 3-click on regional and language options and another windows open 4- click on format and select the language you want(fari,dari) then click OK. now you have got the dari keyboard. on the bottom side of your desktop an icon appears as this: EN, if you click on it, a list of all the languages will open that were installed by you. now choose dari/farsi.

to write in farsi you also need a software for it. click on the link below and you will be able to write in farsi. i had this problem before,but now i can write in farsi without any problem. i should also say that my farsi typing is improving and getting better day by day.
