One is in Persian which is updated frequently and the other is in Persian (Cyrillic). Additionally, the English page is still running and has a vast amount of information on Tajiks and Persians.

Dorood Tajiks,

I am pleased to share the good news that Farid, A Tajik from the province of Punjsher, Afghanistan, came first in a freestyle weight-lifting competition in the city of Boras, Sweden.

27-year-old Farid has been living in Sweden for the past 6 years. He has won medals and has been a local champion for the last two years in his city. He is a student and is a bodyfitness ethnusiast. He is an ambitious athlete and aspires to take part in national freestyle weight-lifting champaionships in the country.

Let's put our voices together and wish him best of luck with his exercises.

Regards,

Here is the link to view his gym

there might be language barrier, perhaps they cant speak english, thats why i always say we should be more active to write in persain rather than english. Lets start it from here or have a new thread to practice farsi.

Good observation Rostam jan, i didnt notice the number of posts i wrote myself
