Why kill innocent people who are trying to better the conditions of a country?
It does make clear that Talib want to keep the country ignorant and continue with their mission of destroying institutions and keeping people in the Dark Ages! -

Regarding jihad, each has to make his own decision. It is not right to declare jihad and kill innocent women and children in the process. This is not "submission" and can never be!
Username has no reference to Ranjit Singh. Just a reminder to me of jihad against the invader by Ahmad Shah Massoud! -

Personally Tajiki by itself does seem to associate with Tajikistan so it is understandable people would have that connotation or understanding. Teaching Iranians abou this should be seen as positive keeping in mind that Azeri influence is strong enough that outsiders of Iran would not be knowledgeable on this point also that many of the mullahs have an Azeri background!!! There is ignorance on both sides so teaching is a good step to misunderstanding! -

There is some truth to your assertion only because of the high infiltration rate of Talib sympathizers and the distrust of ISAF/NATO towards the ANA. As Parsistani has noted, access to training, weaponry and tactics are positive for Tajik who seek to defend themselves against illegal rule, regardless of the source.
