One is in Persian which is updated frequently and the other is in Persian (Cyrillic). Additionally, the English page is still running and has a vast amount of information on Tajiks and Persians.

    در شهر دوشنبه، پایتخت تاجیکستان هفته نمایش فیلمهای افغانستان آغاز شده است.

    این هفته در تاجیکستان، هفته “فیلمهای خزینه جشنواره دیدار” نام گرفته و قرار است در آن هشت فیلم از کارگردانهای افغانستان به نمایش گذاشته شود.

    Its good to see cultural exchanges with neighbouring countries. Its for mutual benifit and strengthens the local market. Afghans should stop this obsession with Indian movies and Tajikistan also reduce foreign intrusion (russia) from their culture.
